RETURNS, REPLACEMENT &
EXCHANGE POLICY

At
KidMomi, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

We have a very
easy return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase,
you must inform us within 2 Days from the date of receiving the package with an
unboxing video from starting to end. We will validate your return/exchange
request, only after we authorized it, the product should be returned to us
within 5-7 business days along with copy of invoice, original packing and in
the original condition as sent to customer and you will receive a credit note
for the same or exchange the same on prior effect.

Return policy will not be valid for the below
reasons:

·       If you don't have Unboxing
Video from starting to end.

·       If you don't Email or
WhatsApp us your full video for any Claim within 2 days after product
delivered.

Terms & Conditions

Return/Exchange
of the product will be accepted only once.

User cannot return any used product.

·      
Return
shipping is to be borne by the customer and is to be shipped by Customer.

·      
If the product
is sent back to us without our consent, Return/exchange will not be accepted.

·      
Refund will be
processed only if we cannot replace the defective item with another Product.

·      
All the legal cases will be treated in
only Surat jurisdiction court.
